Rangers coach leaves hospital

Rangers coach Charles Offordile who was shot Monday night by unknown gunmen in Enugu has been discharged from hospital. Rangers spokesman Foster Chime confirmed to Sports Vanguard that the coach “has been discharged from hospital.”
He disclosed that the players who travelled to Abuja Tuesday to keep a date with El Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri in the Federation Cup match visited the coach before travelling.
“The players and some members of the management team visited him before they travelled. He is fine,”Chime said.
Sketchy details suggested the assailants may even be known to the coach.
Rangers are 10th on the league table with 32 points from 22 matches.
